Please provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of booking in case there are changes to the tour and refunds need to be issued. Participant assumes the risk of any loss or any participation in any event of, or arranged or sponsored by, All Grain Brew Tours, LLC. All Grain Brew Tours, LLC, for itself, and its owners, members, employees, contractors and agents, hereby expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, liability, damages or injury, including, but not limited to, personal injury, to the person or the property of any participant, that is or may be incurred or sustained by any person participating in any event of, or arranged or sponsored by, All Grain Brew Tours, LLC, and participant agrees with such disclaimer. Any damages thats result in, but not limited to,cleaning and repairs of the transportation caused by an All Grain Brew Tours ticket holder will be charged to the ticket holder who caused the damage.

Refund Policy:

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy (7 days for parties of 6 or more). We require a $5.00 cancellation fee for each ticket cancelled. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of your scheduled tour (7 days for parties of 6 or more) will be charged full ticket price.No refunds shall be given to anyone under the age of 21 who attempts participate in an event or activity, for failure to attend the event or activity, for not providing valid and state issued identification for purposes of verifying age, for late arrivals, for not being present at the scheduled departure time.
