Curds, Whey and Wine
Try some serious cheese. Explore the tastes and see how pairing them with wine enhances the effect. Mike Cohen, a certified sommelier and adjunct professor of wine studies at the College of Charleston, will lead you through an array of cheese and wines and show how many different styles and wheys (sic) work their magic on your palate. You will find that not everyone's palate is the same. Come find out which pairing sets you on your way to hosting your own wine and cheese party.
