Fredericksburg Expo New Years Eve Celebration

Join a very special New Year’s Eve Celebration at the ​Fredericksburg Expo Center on December 31, 9pm to 1:00am.  Ring in the New Year in Style with amazing food, ​incredible décor, dancing and great music that spans the decades. 

The Fredericksburg Expo Center's New Years Celebration is all about the Food, Fun, Music, Dancing and Refreshments, while Enjoying a delectable dinner enjoy Live music by the Bachelor Boys Band.  After the ball drops, the fun and food doesn't end, as the staff will set up your first Breakfast Bite of 2019 as you and your guests will be treated to a champagne toast and New Year’s Breakfast Bites. Your admission also includes Open bar on select beer, wine and soft drinks. Signature cocktails will be available throughout the evening as well.  Tickets are $120 per Person.

As part of your purchase you are entitled to 4 FREE Tickets to a Ballantine Produced Show at the Fredericksburg Expo Center? Upon Ordering you will be asked to pick the event from one of the following shows: Boat Show, Kid Expo, Bridal Show, RV Show, Spring Home Show, Spring Garage Sale, Pet Show, Fall Garage Sale, Fall Home and Craft Festival, Holiday Craft Show.

Will there be assigned seating?
This event is open seating, however, we will try to accommodate requests for reserved seating for groups of 8 or more.

What is the event schedule?
The Fun and dancing begins as the Bachelor Boys Band will welcome you into the venue beginning at 9:00pm. 

What if I need a ride home?
Our primary focus (after making sure our guests have a wonderful evening) is safety. Ride Share stations will be in place during the event to ensure safe passage home.
 
What if I’d like to stay overnight nearby?
A block of rooms for only $79.99 a night has been reserved at The Homewood Suites. Call 540-786-9700 to reserve before they sell out. The Homewood Suites is within walking distance to the Entrance of the New Years Eve Party. Use Code NYE

What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is appropriate but you can be as formal as you like. Just be sure to wear your dancing shoes.

Will there be cash bars?
Yes. In additional to the complimentary house beer and wine selections, our mixologist has prepared signature cocktails that will be available for purchase along with full bars for your enjoyment.
 
What if I have food allergies?
Our chef has designed menu options for our guests with specific requirements. Please let us know if you have a food preference so that we can accommodate your needs.

Can I bring my kids?
Of course. As long as they’re 18 or older.  This event is themed for adults so unfortunately, anyone under 18 should not attend.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is free parking at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center. You are free to leave your vehicle in the Expo lot overnight.

All sales are final--there are no refunds or cancellations.
