Event Description

Kids ages 5-10 and their adults are invited to the Frick Environmental Center to make paper! Artist Katy Dement joins Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy educators at this special family-friendly event. This hands-on afternoon of crafting, learning, and discovering takes place at the Frick Environmental Center.

Registration is required for this event. Event is rain or shine.

This family event is part of the Junior Garden Buds program, based around our From Slavery to Freedom Garden. The garden coincides with Heinz History Center’s From Slavery to Freedom exhibit. Explore new things and get to know different parts of a garden and what they can be used for at these monthly events.
