CANCELLED Meteor Shower Viewing Party

Bring a blanket and come hang out on the alley at the Frick Environmental Center while the Eta Aquariid meteor shower illuminates the night sky. CitiParks Rangers and PPC Naturalists will share stories about the night sky and other observable natural phenomena during this relaxing evening. 

Please come dressed for the weather! This event is free, handicap accessible, and dog-friendly (all dogs must be leashed and remain away from telescopes).

Registration isn’t required for this event, but we encourage you to RSVP and let us know if you plan on attending. This will also sign you up for a reminder email closer to the date of the event.

This event will be canceled in the event of inclement or exceptionally cloudy weather. Cancellation will be announced at 12:00 pm the day of.

This is an all-ages event. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
